Is There An Artwork Charge Or Setup Fee For Your Custom Specialty Products?

Yes, all orders incur a one-time art/setup charge for the digitizing and the transferring of your logo, graphic or message. Subsequent orders and reorders of specialties using the same artwork will not incur any additional costs or charges. All orders will receive a artwork photo proof for your acceptance and approval before your order is run. Any orders requiring a different, altered or revised logo, graphic or message will also incur a one-time art/setup charge.


How Soon Are The Products That Are Ordered Delivered?

All orders are processed in a standard 4-6 week delivery time after acceptance and approval of your artwork or photo proof. Each order also includes a Priority or Rush Shipping option for orders needed in a shorter delivery time. Rush orders are also available at an additional charge and are subject to approval and availability from our art and production departments.


What Is Included In The Main Event Live Entertainment Program Project Kit?

Our programs come with a “Project Kit” which includes everything you will need to plan, organize, coordinate and assemble your Fundraising team, announce, advertise and promote your Fundraiser, all of the forms, ads, letters, flyers and additional support materials to allow you to target and reach the absolute most number of prospective customers possible, plus  dozens of proven methods, techniques, and additional profit opportunities and ideas to assist you in making your Fundraiser a fantastic success. You are under no obligation for completing and submitting the Information request Form. Our representative will contact you to discuss your interests, answer any questions you may have, and if you decide you would like to proceed with our program(s) your rep will send you our Order Form/Confirmation Packet for your completion. Once we receive your completed Order Form/Confirmation Packet, your order or confirmation will be reviewed and processed. Our Main Event Entertainment Fundraisers are subject to acceptance due to scheduling, availability and market/area exclusivity (so please get your requests in as soon as possible). Upon acceptance you will receive your Main Event Live Entertainment Program Project Kit and you are set to begin.
